Q: What is the date and time of the Summit?
June 9, 2022, 1–6:30 p.m.
Q: Where is the Summit being held?
The Summit will be held virtually via Zoom and in person at The Botanic Garden at Historic Barns Park, Traverse City, Michigan.
Q: How many people can attend in person?
In-person tickets for the Summit are sold out, but FREE tickets for live Zoom access are available until noon Wednesday, June 8.
Q: What provisions are being taken to ensure Covid safety at the in-person gathering?
The event is being held outdoors under a pavilion at the botanic garden, and research has shown that being outdoors and good ventilation are among the most effective measures for reducing the likelihood of Covid transmission. Masks are also required.
Q: What is the weather like in Traverse City in early June?
The weather in northern Michigan is always unpredictable. Please check the day's forecast and dress for the outdoors. But be assured the pavilion will protect against rain, and sidewalls can be dropped to block wind if needed.
Q: Do you have blocks of hotel rooms reserved?

Q: Will sessions be recorded?
Yes, sessions will be recorded and made available. We will send an email to all attendees when the recordings become available online.
Q: What if something unexpected happens and I am unable to attend?
Prior to one week out from the conference, you can transfer your registration to an alternative person by emailing email@example.com. Within one week, transfers are NOT permitted, however you will be able to access recordings of the event on-demand post event.
Q: How do I access the event online?
An email will be sent the day prior to the event with links for accessing the conference online, along with other information. The email will have all the information you need to attend.
Q: What do I do if I have not yet received an email with links to attend the event?
The emails are being sent on Monday, June 6 for people who registered by that date, and will be sent every day after that for new registrations. If you do not see the email, please check your spam and trash folders. Then reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have trouble finding this email.
Q: If I have technical issues while trying to view the event, whom do I contact for technical support?

Q: What are best practices for ensuring best experience for viewing the Summit?
Please be sure you have the most updated version of Zoom. If needed, do an internet speed test to ensure you have a solid connection for a great experience. We recommend turning off email, closing other programs and files and minimizing distractions to get the most out of the conference. Carve the time out of your day, just as you would an in-person meeting.
