Q: What are the date(s) and time(s) of the Summit?

Q: Where is the Summit being held?
The Summit will be held virtually via Zoom.
Q: Will sessions be recorded?
Yes, sessions will be recorded and made available two weeks after the event.
Q: Do I have to attend every session if I register?
You do not. You are able to attend any and all sessions freely as you wish. Sessions will be recorded and available 2 weeks after the Summit for 6 months. More information about this will be sent following the conference.
Q: What if something unexpected happens and I am unable to attend?
Prior to one week out from the conference, you can transfer your registration to an alternative person by emailing email@example.com. Within one week, transfers are NOT permitted, however you will be able to access recordings of the event on-demand post event.
Q: How do I access the event?
An email will be sent a few days prior to the event with the links to access the conference along with other pertinent information to know before accessing the event. This will have all the information you will need to know before you attend.
Q: What do I do if I have not yet received an email with links to attend the event?
The emails are being sent on Tuesday, May 18 for people who registered by that date, and will be sent every day after that for new registrations. If you do not see the email, please check your spam and trash folders. Then reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have trouble finding this email.
Q: Will the sessions be available after the Summit? If so, how do I access them?
Yes, an email will be sent to you when sessions are ready to be viewed. You will be able to view the sessions for up to 6 months.
Q: If I have technical issues while trying to view the event, who do I contact for technical support?

Q: I’m a presenter - what are best practices for speakers at the virtual Summit?
All presenters should have received a link to a page with information for speakers, including a short video covering best practices. If you are a speaker, please be sure to review this information and watch the video.
Q: What are best practices for ensuring best experience for viewing the Summit?
Please be sure you have the most updated version of Zoom. If needed, do an internet speed test to ensure you have a solid connection for a great experience. We recommend turning off email, closing other programs and files and minimizing distractions to get the most out of the conference. Carve the time out of your day, just as you would an in-person meeting.
